The proposed program contains a few levels: the primary layer will be the physical layer, where all sensory details are collected; the 2nd layer could be the network layer wherein data are transmitted towards the cloud; the 3rd layer is the decision layer by which the data are analysed and processed to help make choices based on the observations.
